In short: we keep only the email address you give us, use it once at launch, then delete it.
Who we are
actiradar.ro is operated by FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 43995278, trade register no. J28/323/2021, Romania.

What we collect
The email address you enter, the language you chose and the moment you gave your consent.
To protect the form against spam we keep a cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address for at most 24 hours. The IP address cannot be recovered from it.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email only to notify you when ACTIRADAR launches, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
We use the IP fingerprint to keep the form secure, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We delete the list after the launch email, at the latest 12 months after you sign up.
Who has access
We do not sell or share your data. It is stored on our own server. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare for speed and protection.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].
You can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
